Terms of Service

Apiary is provided free, as-is, for your enjoyment and use. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we work on it.

If you create an account, you're responsible for what happens under it — keep your credentials safe. Don't impersonate others or misuse handles.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use Apiary to harm, harass, or threaten others;
• post hateful, abusive, or unlawful content in the community;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the service;
• scrape or abuse the service in ways that degrade it for others.

We can suspend or remove access for behavior that breaks these rules.

You own what you post. By posting in the community or building in the world, you give us permission to display and host that content as part of running Apiary. You're responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these terms.

Donations are voluntary, processed by Stripe, and generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with a payment, email help@apiary.app and we'll do right by you.

Apiary is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apiary and AMH are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because Apiary is free, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We may also suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if needed. You can stop using Apiary at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides. (Operator to confirm the specific state on legal review.)
